drop the zipcode requirement for Non-US Freelancers
I've popped myself into some place in San Francisco - because that's where the Wikipedia article for "Zip Code" used as an example. Zip aren't used elsewhere, and the last thing a web developer needs is borders.

allow clients to review without signing up.
Clients and others should be able to review without formally signing up, which would make the site that much more useful for a "please review me" email.

allow users to post links to personal websites + emails.
I need to be able to add my personal portfolio as a prominent link. Also, clickable email addresses.

do not count a user's own views of his/her posting
When I click on my own post, it counts as a "view". Anyway, seeing the views there just makes me wonder who has viewed my posting. I can't follow up with anyone, so what advantage is it to track this for me? In other words, why should I care about the views?

Drop the two letter State requirement
Some of us live outside the USA and our states have more than two letters.

email job seekers saved search results (daily, weekly, etc.)
Set up a tool so that I can sign in, do a few job searches and then "save" those so that you email me when jobs that match show up. There are so many sites, I'm much more likely to come back to yours or use it if I get emails from you. (if this feature already exists, then I guess my request is to make it easier to find)

Your Site is Confusing
If I go to "Find Jobs" I expect to see people looking for workers such as I need someone to create a website or build a wall. Instead there are acupuncturists looking for clients and companies wanting to landscape your yard. If I go to find workers I expect to find this stuff and others listing their skills. Under find workers I see individuals who say they are good workers but don't say what they do. This site needs structure or people will not use it!!!!

fix the zip code feature
Hi,
I wrote before to say that the site was not giving results very close the inputted zip. I had this happen on my mac, and now I am using a PC at the OneStop Career center in Chinatown, 777 Stockton St. in San Fran.
When I entered 94133 on the PC here I found positions much outside of the area. Results from all over the country came up including NE, WA and more.
Could you advise why that is? I had thought I'd see results from a closer, like 25 or 30 mile, radius.
Hmmm.... also, the "Send" button… more
